My stay at this hotel was surprisingly good. the location was convenient for exploring the area, with easy access to the town center. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the room had all the basic amenities I needed, including a good shower and air conditioning for an additional fee, which was well worth it. Breakfast was also included in the rate, providing a great start to the day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Only a short distance to Chilli Raj Restaurant, where you can have lunch. Do recommend for price/quality. 12 miles to the airport. Free parking was provided to the guests;)))

The swmimming pool is a good size and the service in the bar is excellent and friendly. 10 minutes walk from the station, 30 mins train to London

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding - we paid less than what other chain motels were charging for a weekend stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and friendly staff who were always attentive to our needs. In fact, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, such as providing fresh milk upon request. Lastly, the breakfast included in our rate was plentiful and offered a great variety of options. It truly was a hidden gem that we can't wait to visit again.

All was well during our stay, with no major issues to report.

Reception was courteous and a very warm welcome was given to us. Room was ready prior to our arrival. It was being regularly cleaned every day without inconveniencing us. After 11days stay, we had break for 2days as we went outside but chose to continue in the same hotel for another 6 days as we were comfortable. During our break we had an oppurtunity to stay in another hotel in scotland Which gave clear comparison between two UKhotels

Very dissappointing - I booked 2 double rooms and requested a cot in one room and spair bed in another. Hotel provided neither initially. Eventually we got one family room but had to move on our second night to another family room. Staff were most unpleasent and told me that it was my fault for booking on line as the system was not clever enough to arrange extra beds...despite the fact that he had a printed out version of my request for extra beds in his hands. Food in restaurant was very poor quality. One bedroom was airconditioned, other room was extreamly hot.

It is excellent value and is situated just where I need to stay. It is all that we require when visiting family.

We needed a reasonable hotel for an overnight stay to attend a wedding. Completly delighted ! All very good, clean, comfortable and a first class breakfast! Ticked all the boxes.
